High School Programs
There are many high school programs for technical training in the automotive field, at many levels. The AYES program offers technical and academic training, paid internships and college credit!

This program is currently available at Capital Region Career & Technical School and in Ulster County.

You can even get a Regents Degree with a technical designation!

Two Year Colleges  
Regionally, there are excellent college programs available at Hudson Valley Community College, Columbia-Greene Community College and Fulton- Montgomery Community College.  They offer a variety of special, manufacturer programs for General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota and others, that include practical work in dealerships. There are programs in Light Maintenance and Repair through more sophisticated technical and diagnostic work, and Columbia Greene even has a Service Writer certificate program.
