Morning: Basic/Beginner 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Description: Introduction to Title Resource Training: Perfect for entry-level clerks, sales, F&I, or backup staff. Covers MV forms, insurance requirements, ownership docs, and core regulations.
Afternoon: Advanced 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM
DMV Refresher & Efficiency: For those with a working knowledge of title work. Drills into intricate procedures, fraud protection, and office organization to maximize efficiency.
Refreshments: Beverages and light snacks will be provided for all attendees.
Investment
Single Session: $249 per person
Full Day (Both Sessions): $400 per person
Resource Manual (Optional): $200
The New York Title Clerk Desk Reference Manual is highly recommended for every dealership. It can be shared between clerks and serves as an essential compliance guide.
Meet Your Instructors
Jessica Fields-McGrain With 26 years of NYS DMV experience, Jessica has served as a DMV Coordinator for multi-store groups and an Account Executive for Vitu and Dealertrack. She specializes in creating policy and training sales, finance, and title staff on state-specific partnering programs.
Genny Leone A 35-year veteran of NY Title Clerk instruction, Genny is the author of the New York Title Clerk Desk Reference Manual. Her deep background includes years of service as a DMV Liaison for dealer associations and a training specialist for Dealertrack Technologies.
